The complaint filed by Rocío Carrasco was provisionally dismissed. In 2017, the mother of Rocío and David Flores confirmed her complaint for physical abuse in the gender violence court. A year later, a judge reopened the procedure, although for a short time, since the Justice accepted Antonio David’s subsequent appeal. Finally, the magistrates determined a new provisional dismissal, which was confirmed by the Supreme Court. Seven judges and a unanimous opinion
