Andy Murray will compete again next June in a tournament organized by his brother Jamie in London.
The Scottish tennis player has been separated from the competition due to a hip problem since last November, when the Davis Cup Finals were played in Madrid.
Murray has spent the confinement in London, along with his family, and in recent days he has been seen training with his brother Jamie, who has organized this new tournament aimed at British players.
The championship, which will have a format of all against all, will be held at the Roehampton National Tennis Center on hard court, and will have as guests the Murray brothers, Kyle Edmund and Dan Evans, among others.
It will be played from June 23 to 28.
This tournament joins the initiative of the LTA (British Tennis Federation), which announced this week the creation of four tournaments for the month of July, aimed at the top 16 British players.
The objective of these tournaments is to provide rhythm and economic income to the players while the international circuit is stopped.
