Andrea Pirlo already has his first signing on the horizon since he was coach of Juventus. The Italian press points to the arrival of the young American Weston McKennie, Schalke 04 midfielder, who will reinforce the core of the ‘bianconero’ team.
The 21-year-old American (he will be doing 22 this Friday), is a rather rocky defensive midfielder and will land in Turin on loan. The loan will cost Juve 3 million euros and will include a purchase option for 18 ‘kilos’.
McKennie made 32 games for Schalke last season, scoring three goals and handing out an assist. His physical power and height (1.85 m) make him powerful in the air.
The American will be the first reinforcement under the leadership of Pirlo. Before the arrival of the new coach, Juventus closed the incorporation of the Barcelona player Arthur.
