Anaïr Lomba says goodbye in tears as a legend of Espanyol

A legendary farewell. Anaïr Competition, striker and benchmark for Espanyol Feminino, announced today at a press conference and accompanied by all her teammates her retirement from football.

The footballer said goodbye between tears in an emotional appearance held at the Juan Segura Palomares Auditorium of the RCDE Stadium. My knees haven’t been right for years and my days they go through medication and punctures to be able to train. I’ve gotten used to eating pills for breakfast and living with the pain, although lately I couldn’t walk after games”, explained the footballer.
