Another positive point is that the house is only 20 minutes from the child’s school by car.

Ana María’s new house, to which she will move once Christmas is over, is located in a small urbanization made up of eleven other chalets and has 230 square meters distributed over two floors plus a garage-basement. For her enjoyment and that of the 9-year-old boy, the house has a built-in barbecue and a garden. In addition, in the urbanization they can enjoy some facilities in common with the rest of the neighbors, such as a swimming pool or a paddle tennis court.
