MADRID, 21 Jun. (EUROPA PRESS) –
Cádiz CF and the Spanish footballer Álvaro Negredo, who will turn 38 this summer, have agreed on Wednesday to extend his contract until June 30, 2024, one more season of the relationship that both parties had signed up to now.
“The striker from Madrid has already spent more than 5,000 minutes as a Cadista since his arrival in July 2020. During these three seasons defending the yellow shirt, the Vallecano has achieved a total of 20 goals and 11 assists in his more than 96 games played between the League and Cup”, Cádiz has highlighted on its website.
In the recent 2022/23 academic year, Negredo has played 21 LaLiga Santander games, scoring one goal; and he has also played a commitment in the Copa del Rey, with a goal included in the defeat (3-2) of Cádiz in the 1/64 final against Real Unión de Irún.
