Álex Pérez, lowered the rest of the course due to a torn cruciate and meniscus

The center of Lugo Alex Perez He will be out for the rest of the season due to a torn anterior cruciate ligament and the meniscus in his right knee.

The Galician team explains in a medical report that the footballer is pending surgery and will be out for between six and eight months, until next season.

The soccer player, as determined by the medical tests to which he was subjected, presents a rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament, external meniscus, and involvement of the posteromedial complex of the right knee.

The player from Madrid, who is 30 years old and was incorporated by the Lugo team at the beginning of the season, was injured in training this week.

Álex Pérez, who made his debut in the First Division with Getafe, arrived at Lugo after having also played for Huesca, Recreativo de Huelva, Valladolid, Sporting de Gijón and UD Logroñés.

The defender participated in three games, two as a starter, the last of them against Mirandés on January 9 against Mirandés at Anxo Carro, in which he had to request a change due to discomfort.
