But what we know now is that whoever has left Alejandro Sanz’s ‘broken heart’ is that they can seize his properties, because he does not pay the three million he owes. Justice has declared him in default for not addressing the million-dollar debts that he owes. The same thing happened to him in Florida years ago but now it is the Spanish courts that are acting against him.

Confiscation of your assets

On that occasion, Alejandro Sanz’s companies were declared in default by the Miami-Dade County Court, because the singer did not respond to the requirements. We already knew that the Cuban painter’s ex, 20 years younger than the singer, was sentenced to pay three million euros and the next chapter is the seizure of his assets.

Sanz has not disbursed the money and the Court of First Instance number 47 of Madrid has launched a process to notify him of the obligation to pay, as El Mundo recalls this Saturday. It is the diligence prior to confiscation of his assets since it has not been possible to communicate the judicial resolution, which has forced the magistrate handling the case to declare one of the artist’s companies in default. It is about executing the sentence of the Miami Court that condemns Sanz to the payment of three million euros and which he will have to face with his personal assets.

Sanz stopped paying various loans that had been granted to him to pay for sumptuous buildings and properties and finally his creditors launched a foreclosure process four years ago to keep the properties.

In this judicial procedure, which took place in Miami, and is now being followed in Spain, the singer’s companies did not accept any mention and did not even respond to the lawsuit. In addition to various companies, his property in Jarandilla de la Vera, El Sueño de los Parrales, which he put up for sale precisely for the amount he owes, and another property in Cádiz will be seized.

Everything catches Alejandro Sanz on tour in America, where he triumphs despite admitting that he is not in good spirits. The Tour runs through Miami, Orlando, New York, Washington and Los Angeles, and will close in Madrid and Barcelona. In addition, he is nominated for the Latin Grammys, which will be held in Seville on November 16, where he is expected and where he has promised to sing.
