Alcoyano receives Castellón

Next Saturday at 17:00 the match of the eighteenth round of the First RFEF will be played, which will face Alcoyano and Castellón in El Collao.

Alcoyano wants to be reunited with victory in the match corresponding to the eighteenth round after having lost their last game against Linense by a score of 1-0. Since the competition began, the locals have won six of the 17 matches played to date and accumulate a figure of 16 goals conceded to 17 in favor.

On the visitors’ side, Castellón could not beat Sabadell in their last match (0-1), so they hope to end their losing streak and guide their career in the championship. To date, of the 16 games that the team has played in the First RFEF, it has won eight of them and adds a figure of 15 goals against 18 in favor.

Focusing on their performance as a local team, Alcoyano have won three times, lost twice and drawn three times in eight games played so far, which shows that they are losing points at home, giving hope to Visitors to achieve results in their favor. At home, Castellón has a balance of three wins, two losses and two draws in seven games played, which means that both teams will have to do their best to win.

Analyzing their position in the qualifying table of the First RFEF, we see that Castellón is ahead of the local team with an advantage of three points. The locals, before this game, are in eleventh place with 24 points in the standings. As for their rival, Castellón, they are in sixth position with 27 points.
