Do not stigmatize people, or try to use it as an insult because it is praiseworthy. It does not offend me, it has been my great personal victory, “the model confessed on her podcast with Nagore Robles on Mediaset.

The ex of Fonsi Nieto and Feliciano López, in this sense, has recalled one of the hardest moments of her life: “I was admitted to López Ibor [clínica madrileña experta en psiquiatría y psicología] six years ago, I was there for a day because I had depression and I had to rest and you don’t know how they named me“.

Despite everything he had on him, one of his biggest fears was that this would come out in the press: “I was there for 24 hours because I was afraid to think about the press issue and such.” All because society, still not fully aware of these issues, stigmatized his problem: “For having a depression they made me crazythey made me pingando and every time they wanted to insult me they put a photo of me entering the López Ibor“.

Finally, the Mediaset collaborator and presenter, who continues to recover from her radio break, managed to get out of this pothole: “I had a crisis episode, I couldn’t sleep and since I was going to the external therapy of López Ibor they admitted me to give me medication and to be able to rest. I had depression and I dedicated some time to myself. I managed to overcome it thanks to my effort and great professionals“.

It is important that well-known faces like Alba Carrillo and other celebrities speak openly about their mental health problems to help other people and encourage them to go to therapy and other specialists, a sector that unfortunately does not have sufficient financial resources in the system public toilet.
