Ajax Amsterdam has officially presented its third kit this Friday, a shirt that pays tribute to reggae legend Bob Marley and his iconic song “Three Little Birds”, which plays regularly at the Johan Cruyff Stadium.
The Dutch club's tribute to the legendary Jamaican singer, whose son Ky-Mani was singing this song two seasons ago in the fiefdom of Ajax, has resulted in a black t-shirt with the lines in three colors: yellow, green and red, the same ones that are used to differentiate the three crosses that are the symbol of the city.
“This kit is a tribute to Ajax fans and their shared love for reggae legend Bob Marley and his iconic song 'Three Little Birds', “said Ajax, who has sold all the shirts in just half an hour.
The shirt is available from 70 euros in size for children and adults, as reported by the Dutch club. Ajax explained that the Bob Marley tribute shirt (great football fan) can also be reserved in the Ajax online store.
