Surprise, sadness, fear, anger… Fans’ reactions to the cancellations at the Santiago Bernabéu of the concerts scheduled until May 2025 have not been long in coming and the issue has gone viral on social media in a matter of minutes. Almost 300,000 people have been affected by Florentino Pérez’s measure, which has succumbed to complaints from residents about the noise, dirt and traffic generated by the stadium’s musical activity. Among the affected artists, the first to ‘come forward’ to reassure her fans has been Aitana: “I’m very sorry but this is out of my hands.”
The interpreter of Las Babies She shared a video on social media: “I wanted to send you this message because there is a lot of news coming out and I owe you solutions. This is something quick, there will be more solutions,” she begins. “For reasons beyond my team and myself, it makes me very sad to tell you that the concerts scheduled at the Bernabéu have to be cancelled. I have been confirmed that we have two new dates booked, June 27 and 28. “If you want to keep your ticket, it will remain your ticket; if you want to request a refund, I’ll leave all the information here.”
Very affected, almost on the verge of tears, Aitana continues: “I can’t explain to you what I feel for you right now… I know that there are many people from outside Madrid and Spain who have bought tickets, apartments… to be able to be with me those days. You have even organized your Christmas based on that… I would just like to tell you that we already have those two dates and that I am going to give it my all.” And he finishes: “I will have more news. I found out today. I love you all so much and I’m really sorry, but it’s something that’s out of my hands.”
