Adecco seeks the ‘Tennis Lover Manager’ for the next Mutua Madrid Open

The HR consultancy celebrated the tournament’s twentieth anniversary in 2022 with the creation of this exclusive profile

MADRID, 14 Abr. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Adecco Human Resources consultancy will select, for the second consecutive year, the ‘Tennis Lover Manager’, a tennis lover who will live the tournament from within and share his experience on social networks, for the next edition of the Mutua Madrid Open, which will be held from April 24 to May 7.

The Mutua Madrid Open will once again be a great boost for employment and the economy in the Community of Madrid and Adecco, as the official provider of human resources for the event, is hiring more than 400 people to work in the tournament.

In this context, and taking advantage of the fact that last year marked the twentieth anniversary of the tournament, the Human Resources company commemorated that anniversary by creating a unique job position in the history of this sport, the ‘Tennis Lover Manager’.

This year Adecco will once again have this exclusive profile in the tournament and will provide the opportunity for a fan of this sport to experience it from within. The chosen candidate will live the Mutua Madrid Open from within and his main mission will be to push his love for this sport to the limit and share it with the whole world through various responsibilities.

Among these functions, which will take place from May 1 to 7 at the Caja Mágica in Madrid coinciding with the final stretch of the tournament, include watching all the Caja Mágica matches, attending training sessions, accompanying and encouraging the tennis players while they play, a private tour of the Caja Mágica, an exclusive meet and greet, taking the final podium photo and allowing a personal photographer to accompany you to capture your experience.

You will also turn tournament waiting moments into unique experiences through giveaways and contests and you will have to broadcast your experience through various channels such as Twitch, Instagram or TikTok.

The call is addressed to all people who feel a true passion for the world of tennis and want to live a unique experience. The period to register for this paid offer starts this Friday and ends on April 20.

To sign up, lovers of this sport have to access the link ‘https://www.adecco.es/oferta-trabajo/tennis-lover-manager?ID…- 412def5d8cbe’.

To pass the selection process, you will have to demonstrate your knowledge of this sport, as well as your communication skills and skills to convey to everyone your passion for tennis and what this special job position consists of.

CARMEN WAS THE PIONEER

Last spring Carmen Balmaseda, from Extremadura, at the age of 26, became the world’s first ‘Tennis Lover Manager’, living a unique experience and taking her love for this sport to the limit, sharing the Mutua Madrid Open with everyone from within in the Magic Box of Madrid.

His candidacy was selected among more than 1,500 people who registered. “I had already been a volunteer at the Mutua Madrid Open, but being Tennis Lover Manager is a totally different experience. It was a dream come true, as if I had won the golden ticket to go to the chocolate factory,” said Balmaseda.
