Abramovich has not raised the price of Chelsea nor has he asked for the reinstatement of the loan

“Following the sanctions and other restrictions imposed by the United Kingdom on Mr. Abramovich, the loan is also subject to sanctions from the European Union. This means that the funds will be frozen and will have to go through a legal procedure. These funds will go to the Foundation.
