A goal from Rodrygo gives life to Real Madrid in the Champions League

Real Madrid is still alive in the Champions League after beating Inter Milan. A triumph suffered that has its own name, that of Rodrygo, the Brazilian scored the 3-2 final in the 80th minute that gives his team a victory against Inter Milan that came back from 2-0, but ended up 'dying' on the shore and that right now the Champions League is very uphill.

Zidane came out with his eleven gala to seek victory against Conte's Inter Milan, who also played his life in the Champions League. Two coaches who were teammates at Juventus and who apparently in Valdebebas have two very similar ideas of football as coaches. And it is that Real Madrid and Inter deploy the same weapons: Pressure up looking for a quick robbery, getting the ball played from behind and a lot of play with the wings. With that game plan, the match was very entertaining, especially in the first half that started with Madrid better, creating clear chances. Inter also responded by generating scoring opportunities.

The duel was even until the 25th minute when Achraf made a bad back pass that Benzema took advantage of to make it 1-0. A goal in which the Italians claimed a push from Mendy to the former Madrid player at the time he passed the ball. However, neither the referee nor the VAR saw anything punishable and the 1-0 went up to the scoreboard. Real Madrid had the wind in their favor and more was put in the 33rd minute when Ramos scored the 2-0 from a corner. The whites had gotten the duel back on track, but their joy was short-lived because Lautaro Martínez scored 2-1 in the 35th minute after a heel pass from Barella that was cartoonish.

Thus, with that 2-1 it was reached the rest of an entertaining game and in which nothing was decided. Inter came out in the second act more aggressive in their pressure on a Real Madrid that had a hard time reaching the rival goal. The Italian team was decanting the game towards their side against a Real Madrid that seemed tired. Despite everything, the whites held the lead on the scoreboard. Until in minute 68, Perisic scored 2-2 after an assist from Lautaro who took advantage of Sergio Ramos going for grapes, leaving him alone.

Madrid, with Vinicius and Rodrygo in the field that had been entered by Hazard and Marco Asensio, had to start over to take the victory. Inter, for their part, followed theirs, pressing the ball out of the Whites who were still having trouble reaching the rival area. Something that did not happen with the Italians who generated several occasions to score, but did not hit the mark.

They paid it because in the 80th minute with Rodygo's 3-2. Long pass from Valverde to Vinicius who centers the area and Rodrygo appeared at the far post to once again overtake Real Madrid who was back to see the light.

Although he had to suffer because Inter pressed to tie. A suffering that Benzema could avoid, who missed a goal sung to empty goal. An error that caused the last minutes to be agonizing for the whites who saw how Inter pressed and pressed.

Benzema was able to correct that mistake in the last minute of the game, but the Inter goalkeeper avoided his goal. Thus ended a duel that Real Madrid won, which is still alive in the Champions League.
