Brazilian soccer player, addicted to alcohol and tobacco since he was ten years old, he became a historical reference along with Pelé. He died in 1983 at the age of 49 from drinking.

In October 1993, after hanging up his boots, he found himself alone, without a job, without friends and without money. He began to have drug contacts as a result of his third marriage and in 1998 he was arrested in Barcelona for stealing money from the till of the bar where he worked. Years later he has found stability as a children’s coach at a soccer school.
