0-2. Alavés avoid surprises and eliminate CD Rincón

Malaga, Dec 16 (EFE) .- Deportivo Alavés did not disappoint and in the face of a combative and happy CD Rincón, with 56 years of history and five categories less, they qualified for the second round of the Copa del Rey with two goals from the forward Swede John Guidetti (0-2).

The Malaga team came out with five defenses against a Vitoria team with gunpowder up and contrasted scorers like their forwards, the Brazilian Deyverson and the Swede Guidetti.

CD Rincón, despite the difference in category, was not daunted and on the contrary tried to counteract the visiting dominance, although timidly and without excessive danger over Sivera's goal.

The minutes passed and the Alavés, gray, like the night, except for some sporadic action, crashed again and again in front of the rear of the Rincón, firm, safe and rocky.

The time reached the 31st minute with a zero score, when a surprising shot from the edge of the area by Guidetti, which came in through a squad, upset the score in favor of Alavés.

CD Rincón tried to take advantage of the relaxation of Alavés, which continued to control the game, but did not sentence, encouraging its rival to seek surprise

And it almost came with a shot from Miguel Ángel, practically at the beginning of the second half, who poisoned himself and hit the crossbar and woke up the players of the Vitorian team.

Guidetti vindicated himself before his coach Pablo Machín and again showed his cunning and opportunism when he finished off a corner kick, sentencing the match.

From that moment little happened and Alavés avoided passing the blush of last season when he was eliminated by Real Jaén.
