Minshew has just finished two straight games with at least 300 yards of passing against the Jaguars and Browns, two strong defenses.
This week’s game against the Saints will be even more difficult for him, although they have a relatively soft schedule of opposing quarterbacks and might be a little overvalued.
If at all, I would not bid very much to acquire Minshew. After a strong Week 7, someone might be more aggressive regarding their FAAB, and I would allow it. He’s worth streaming if he’s the best quarterback you have in your league this week.
It is hoped that Burrow and the Bengals were able to recuperate during the bye week. For the remainder of the season, I rate him a top-eight quarterback, so I kind of expected that, but I’ll be wary for a week or two more.
