Gerard Piqué and Clara Chía reappear hand in hand (in court) for their assault against the pro-Shakira paparazzi

Gerard Piqué and Clara Chía have reappeared this Monday, June 17, in the Catalan courts due to their legal battle against the paparazzi Jordi Martínwho took sides with Shakira when the former soccer player and the singer separated and became the shadow of the former Barça player and his very young Catalan girlfriend, following each of their steps and giving information that bothered, a lot, the culé and his lover .

As an interested party in the trial for alleged harassment against the photographer, Piqué and Clara Chía have arrived at the City of Justice in Barcelona holding hands. In the bad weather, both have tried to show a good face, as he has even given a smile. However, they have not responded to any questions related to them or the court case itself.

The paparazzi Jordi Martín was the one who claimed, two years ago, that Milan and Sasha’s father had cheated on the mother of his children with an anonymous young woman.. Shortly after, it was learned that the young woman who conquered Piqué’s heart was Clara Chía and immediately afterward she went from absolute anonymity to being one of the most sought-after women on the entire planet. The rest is history, because when Clara’s name gained even more prominence thanks to the song Session 53 de Shakira, where the Colombian star put the young twenty-something at the center of the media storm.

Piqué and Clara Chía decided to take legal action against Martín after feeling harassed and after he, they maintain, accessed a private area to take photographs of them. Specifically, to a parking lot, although the defendant maintains that he carried out his work while on public roads and assures that, in this sense, the law protects him. In his lawsuit, they allege that they feel harassed and request a 3,000-meter restraining order against him.

It is not the only issue for which Piqué fights battles in court. At the end of May, he was charged by the Saudi Arabia Super Cup commissions. The Investigative Court number 4 of Majadahonda sees signs of crime in the payment of 4 million euros per year that the player had to receive for transferring the Super Cup to the Middle Eastern country and acting as an intermediary for the RFEF, then chaired by Luis Rubiales.
