Zidane shows his support for French futsal

The situation of soccer in France is dramatic. Even more so than in the rest of Europe where, at least, the great professional competitions are going to be able to finish their championships safely.

For this reason, Zinedinde Zidane wanted to show his support for futsal in particular by signing, along with other footballers such as Ben Yedder, Mendy or Robert Pires, a manifesto in favor of a very popular sport in France and which, due to its conditions in covered pavilions, he is having a great crisis.

The Real Madrid coach, faithful to the cause with popular football, has pointed out in statements collected by Le Journal du Dimanche that he began to play football on the street, without pretense. “It was just the desire to share a passion with other young people in my neighborhood,” explains Zizou. For this reason, the desire of both Real Madrid and other professionals is that this sport be taken more into account and its safe practice is favored, as far as possible, within the conditions of the de-escalation through which the country.

“That is why it is important to me that the focus is on futsal, where we learn the game, the technique and enjoy ourselves. This sport brings benefits on a daily basis ”, added the Merengue coach, owner of two futsal complexes in Aix en Provence, called Z5.
