Zaragoza leaves the pothole and Iberostar Tenerife bends students

MADRID, Jan. 18 (SportsFinding) –

The Casademont Zaragoza left its results gap in the Endesa League after winning (81-62) to the Herbalife Gran Canaria on day 18, while Iberostar Tenerife continued its good moment on Saturday at the expense (76-59) of Movistar Estudiantes.

After two defeats in a row, the team's hand was reunited with the victory against a 'Granca' that is going through a bad time, with a win in the last five games. Zaragoza started off the second round, despite the strong start of the Canaries in the first quarter of Prince Felipe.

From there, the home team was better partial to partial, by Nicolás Brussino (18 points and 7 rebounds), Tryggvi Hlinason (13), Dylan Ennis (13) and DJ Seeley (12). Zaragoza gets 13-5, in the wake of Barça, second, and enduring a victory at Iberostar Tenerife, which comes strongly in its 12-6.

The Tenerife, with only one defeat in seven games, pulled Shermadini once again (21 points and 14 rebounds), in a clash well on track for a 24-12 in the first quarter. The beginning took its toll on the Students, who wanted to react without success and left La Laguna one more day as a colista. Aaron White had a good aurinegro debut (13 points) and Juan Palacios was the best schoolboy.

San Pablo Burgos signed the tenth victory of the season with a lot of work at home (92-89) against Joventut Badalona. A final inspired, with magnet in the divided and successful balls, of Jasiel Rivero (15 points, 7 rebounds and 28 valuation) decanted an intense duel of the local side, a Burgos that, despite running out of the Cup, continues to rely on a Season to remember.

In addition, Unicaja dominated and won (66-88) in his visit to Coosur Real Betis, to also add the tenth victory of the course. Darío Brizuela led those of Malaga, with 20 points, well accompanied by Jaime Fernández, Volodymyr Gerun and Axel Toupane.
