The actress, who went through a dungeon and was released on parole, already sent a statement on Monday defending herself against the accusations and explaining what happened.

The events occurred in the vicinity of Avenida María Luisa in Seville. According to the version of the authorities, the agents of the Local Police attended the notice of a cyclist who was with signs of drunkenness.

While he was being tested for alcohol, a group of people, including the sister of Paco Leon, began to rebuke the agents and record the scene with their mobile phones, prompting the police to ask for their identification. The actress did not carry her ID, so they urged her to go to the police station in a patrol car.
