The Villarreal has definitely yielded to the situation generated by the coronavirus and has canceled any sports activity in the club for the next two weeks, as reported in a statement.

The club had stipulated that its eleven football teams work in an isolated sports city to the maximum, but the worsening situation has caused the entity to cancel all kinds of activities in all its teams for the next two weeks.

The Castellón club has designed a personalized and specific work plan for the first team players supervised by the physical trainer Jose Romero, with the idea that soccer players can exercise at home.

Villarreal was one of the few Primera teams to maintain a work plan for the next few days, something that they definitely had to give up to make way for a face-to-face work plan.
