Valencia communicates two positives for COVID

He Valencia has communicated this Tuesday that in the tests carried out on Monday to the players, members of the coaching staff and the closest environment to the members of the first team, they were detected two positive for COVID-19.

According to the Valencian entity, the two positives are asylees in their corresponding homes, following the health protocols dictated by LaLiga and by the club itself.

The Valencian club does not reveal the identity of the two positives or if they are players, technicians or assistants

For now, the identity of both positive, nor if they are players or members of the technical or auxiliary staff of the squad.

“In the tests PCR and serological tests carried out this Monday to the first team, coaching staff and more direct environment, on the occasion of the beginning of the preseason work, two positive cases have been detected for COVID-19, which are isolated in their corresponding homes, according to the protocols LaLiga and the VCF itself and that have already been immediately communicated to the health authorities.

Valencia CF, which from the first moment of this health crisis has given special importance to measures to curb the expansion of the pandemic, will maintain a very strict protocol to which all the members of the first team and their coaching staff are absolutely committed ”.
