MADRID, 2 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois suffers from sciatica, pain in the path of the sciatic nerve, and will miss the LaLiga Santander game that his team plays this Sunday against Osasuna at the Santiago Bernabéu (9:00 p.m.)

“After the tests carried out on our player Thibaut Courtois by Real Madrid’s medical services, he has been diagnosed with left sciatica,” confirmed the Madrid entity, which did not estimate time off and limited itself to ensuring that it remains “pending evolution”.

The Belgian goalkeeper is being one of the key players for the white team at the start of the season, in which he has only conceded six goals in eight games played and in which he has kept a clean sheet three times.

His loss this Sunday will offer the start against the Navarrese to the Ukrainian goalkeeper Andriy Lunin, who will have the opportunity to play his first minutes of the season.
