The president of LaLiga, Javier Tebas, and the CEO of ISDE, Juan José Sánchez Puig, will chair this Tuesday, starting at 7:00 p.m., at the ISDE headquarters in Madrid, the presentation of the fourth edition of the ISDE Sports Convention ( ISC) 2022, the international congress of sports law and industry, which will take place on May 19 at the Palacio de Santoña in the capital of Spain.

Javier Tebas will participate in the round table, which will be held in the Aula Magna of the Higher Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE), under the title ‘The Sustainability of European Football and the Super League’, together with Kepa Larumbe, director of the Legal Department of BDO in Spain, and Yago Vázquez Moraga, founding partner of Statim Legal SLP.

In this way, the fourth edition of ISC 2022 will be launched, the only international conference on law and the sports industry organized by a university academic institution, the ISDE, in collaboration with LaLiga and the Madrid City Council, in the year before the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The ISC 2023, organized in a hybrid, face-to-face and streaming modality as a benchmark international congress in sports law and the sports industry, will address the Leading cases of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) with the main prescribers and experts in the sector; the sustainable challenges faced by organizers of sporting events; the digitization process; the present and future of the professional leagues; the presence of women in the direction and management of sports organizations; the legal implications derived from the new Sports Law; the Agent Regulations and the new FIFA Code of Ethics.

As a prologue to this fourth edition, the president of LaLiga will speak at this first ISC 2023 workshop, in which the CEO of ISDE, Juan José Sánchez Puig, will advance some of the novelties of the congress.
