The Spanish Paralympic Committee allies with ‘Emen 4 Sport’ to advise you on sports performance

MADRID, 30 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Spanish Paralympic Committee (CPE) announced this Tuesday that it has partnered with the Biscayan company ‘Emen 4 Sport’ so that it becomes its sports performance advisor until the Paris Games in 2024.

As indicated by the CPE in a press release, the Basque firm, specialist in sports performance, thus joins forces with the Spanish Paralympic Team on the way to the event in the French capital in which national athletes will seek to shine again.

For the organization, “the evolution of sport, like that of society in general, has undergone a spectacular change in recent times” and is aware of the current importance of “the use of science, technology and research”.

“These three elements are now essential to optimize the performance and results of athletes. ‘Emen 4 Sport’ has already begun to evaluate our Paralympics, mainly in the disciplines of canoeing and cycling, and little by little it will extend its method to other sports,” he added.

This advice on sports performance that the Biscayan entity will provide will be implemented with the rest of the CPE services, especially the doctor, in order to carry out an evaluation of all of them, which will be both individually and globally in order to obtain the best result.

“Paralympic sport is in the DNA of ‘Emen 4 Sport’. Our technical director, Ander Romarate, obtained two diplomas in London 2012 and knows well what these athletes demand to offer their best version in Paris 2024. We have always opted for the Paralympic sport and doing it hand in hand with the CPE is a challenge that excites us a lot”, remarked Andoni Igartua, founder and COO of the company.

For his part, Alberto Jofre, managing director of the CPE, recognized that “this commitment to innovation and new technologies will help Paralympic athletes to achieve better results.” “With ‘Emen 4 Sport’ we will make it easier for our technicians and multidisciplinary team to achieve excellence”, he celebrated.
