The men’s wheelchair basketball team beats Poland and secures the quarterfinals

The Spanish men’s wheelchair basketball team has signed its fourth victory in the European Championship this Tuesday, which is being played in Madrid, against Poland (58-83), and has secured its place in the quarterfinals while remaining undefeated in the continental tournament.

In the Marqués de Samaranch pavilion, Abraham Carrión’s men had to fight to dominate the Polish team in the first quarters, where they were solid in defense and played a very physical match to counteract the Spanish combinatorial game. Spain went to rest with only three rental points.
