FC Barcelona's first training session on German soil began in the most unusual way possible: with a runaway race among the players to see who arrived on the field first. The team was distributed among several goal carts to cover the almost 900 meters of distance between the hotel and the playing fields. But it was not an orderly departure but rather a real race was improvised with I hammered as a great entertainer.
The Catalan center-back was driving a cart with Alba and Riqui Puig as companions. While Rafael Yuste, accompanied by Mateu Alemany, arrived with the training already started and without knowing how to access the venue, needing the help of fans to find the door.
In the end, the race ended with Piqué's cart in first position, deliberately colliding with Koeman's cart, who contemplated the entire scene between surprised and resigned. Dest had to settle for second place.
