MADRID, 4 Dic. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Argentine Fernando Rapallini will be in charge of refereeing Spain’s round of 16 clash in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, which will face Morocco on Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. at the Education City Stadium in Rayán.

Rapallini, 44, already refereed the African team in their debut against Croatia, which ended 0-0. The La Plata referee lives his first experience in a World Cup, also directing the intense Serbia-Switzerland match that ended 2-3.

The Argentine, the first South American to officiate a match in the Eurocup after doing so last year, will count as assistant referees with his compatriots Juan Pablo Belatti and Diego Bonfa, with the Brazilian Raphael Claus acting as fourth official.

In the VOR room, the Argentine Mauro Vigliano will also intervene as VAR, the Chilean Julio Bascunan as his assistant, the Argentine Ezequiel Brailovsky as responsible for offsides and the Italian Paolo Valeri in support tasks.
