Santa Eulària Ibiza Marathon announced on Thursday the figure of 5,000 registered surpassed for its eighth edition, which will be held on April 12, on the way to a new record of participation with the latest dorsals available in its three distances: Marathon, 22 km and 12 km.
The Balearic appointment stands out as one of the most attractive European marathons thanks to its tours, weather and organization. In 2024, Santa Eulària Ibiza Marathon marked a milestone in the history of Ibizan sport by becoming the most massive sporting event held on the island with more than 5,000 athletes.
Thus, everything indicates that this new course will beat the record figure again, uploading the ribbon of a race with many incentives. Within the national marathons, Santa Eulària Ibiza Marathon has become a favorite option among European athletes. The United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium, France and the Netherlands are the territories that contribute the most participants to the event.
On April 12, athletes from all over the world, New Zealand, Colombia, Venezuela or the United States, to the event organized by Talentum, where 45% will be women, will be women, thanks to their wide range of athletic challenges for each physical condition. In addition, the program will once again have the Holy Eulària Ibiza Kids Run Caixa Bank, a series of children’s racing that allows all family members to join the party.
A few days ago, the Balearic event presented its official 2025 shirt, with the seal and signature of the Spanish brand Joma, and three differentiated designs for the participants of each of the distances. The event is also an important economic spring for essential sectors of the island.
