Milan is a party. The city of Lombardy becomes the world capital of fashion and design for a few days. Milan Fashion Week announces the trends that will be in the collections for next year’s spring/summer season. As a representative of Spanish style, the actress Paz Vega has walked the metallic blue Milanese carpet.
Twice a year Milan calls us together with the so-called Big Four: the galactic catwalks of Paris, New York and London. Designers and haute couture houses such as Genny, Prada, Tokyo James and Emporio Armani paraded at Milan Fashion Week, where the highlight was Max Mara’s collection inspired by classical Greece, dedicated to the Neoplatonic philosopher Hypatia.
With a Greek goddess look in anthracite grey, paraded Paz Vega. The 48-year-old from Seville chose a dress with an asymmetrical neckline gathered with pleats on one shoulder and blew a kiss in the air in the purest Marilyn Monroe style. Her outfit was complemented by red lips and no manicure.
Chiara Ferragni also posed. The Italian model, an Instagrammer with more than 28 million followers, wore a chocolate-coloured jewel-like dress with spaghetti straps, an open back and a long train.
