Odegaard debuts on a Madrid list; Zidane dispenses with Hazard

New year, same problems. It's official: Eden Hazard is out of Real Madrid's first call-up this season. The Belgian continues to work alone on the Valdebebas pitch and will not travel to San Sebastián. Neither will they Mariano, that you are recovering from your tonsillitis operation; Asensio, whose rehabilitation after suffering edema in the left knee (the operated one) is progressing satisfactorily, but they do not want to take risks; Lucas Vazquez, which has been on the sidelines practically all week; Isco, that today he exercised with the group but is not 100%; and Militao, with a strong blow to the adductor.

The positive note is put by two names: Odegaard and Mayoral. The Norwegian was overloaded, but is recovered and will travel to lands txuri-urdinas to face his former team. Will also do it Foreman, with which Zidane is remarkably satisfied, to the point that has overtaken Jovic in the race to stay in the Madrid. The Serbian is looking for a way out, but for the moment he is summoned.

In it there three homegrown players. The first is Altube, third goalkeeper last season and that this time he will repeat his status. Likewise, they will travel with 'the elderly' Arribas and Marvin, two of the pearls that shone with the youth champion of the Youth League and called to be cracks in the medium term. Arribas, in fact, already scored in the friendly win against Getafe (6-0).

Facing the eleven doubts arise. The left winger points to Mendy; the center of the field, to the Casemiro-Kroos-Modric trio; but at the point of attack the unknowns arise. Without Lucas Vázquez, Asensio and Hazard, the bands seem to be for Vinicius and Rodrygo. That Odegaard debut as a starter in one of those positions or mutate the scheme to a 4-4-2 (in diamond), the alternatives.
