Quite a blow for Venezia in this January market just a few days after securing another important reinforcement with the arrival of Michaël Cuisance, signed from Bayern Munich for 4 million euros.

In the case of Nani, Venezia has not paid any amount as a transfer since the Portuguese was released from Orlando City of the MLS, which he arrived in February 2019, when his contract ended on December 31.

Nani has scored 31 goals and provided 14 assists in his 88 appearances for Orlando City and at 35 years old he feels capable of performing again in European football. He returns to ‘calcium’ after playing for Lazio in the 2017-2018 season on loan from Valencia.
