Nadal prepares for earth with the talents of his Academy

Rafa Nadal, after his resignation to compete in the United States Open, prepares to return to the tracks by training for several weeks with the young students of his Academy in Manacor (Mallorca).

In sessions led by his coach Carlos Moyá, the world's number two tennis player has played with future potential talents, such as Jaume Munar, Dani Ricón, Abdullah Shelbay (Jordan), Miko Eala (Philippines) and Rafael Giotis (Germany).

The winner of 19 Grand Slam titles has released a video in which he exercises with Giotis, in a training session on clay and in which the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar coach Tomeu Salvá has also participated.

Nadal did not compete at the US Open because of “the health situation that remains very complicated around the world with cases of COVID-19 and outbreaks that seem out of control”, as explained by the Mallorcan in a message broadcast on social networks.
