Malaga calls a new General Shareholders' Meeting

Málaga convenes its second General Shareholders' Meeting in just two months. The absurd management and indecent managerial sloppiness of Abdullah Al Thani caused such an intolerable delay in the club's balance sheet that now, with the judicial administration, the meeting corresponding to the 2018-19 season had to be held against the clock and now it will also close the numbers from last year (2019-20).

The matter is that José María Muñoz, Malaga judicial administrator, has called the General Shareholders' Meeting to analyze the accounts corresponding to the 2019-20 season for next December 28 at 12:00, as stated in the BORME. The order of the day will be as follows:

1- Examination and approval, if applicable, of the annual accounts for the year corresponding to the period between July 1, 2019 and June 30, 2020, consisting of the balance sheet, the profit and loss account, the report , the statement of changes in equity and the statement of cash flows.

2- Approval of the management of the administrative body for the fiscal year corresponding to the period between July 1, 2019 and June 30, 2020.

3- Application, if applicable, of the financial year results.

4- Delegation of powers.

5- Requests and questions.

6-Reading and approval, where appropriate, of the minutes.

In compliance with the provisions of articles 197, 272 and 287 of the Capital Companies Act, the following documents are available to shareholders at the registered office: the company's annual accounts corresponding to the fiscal year between July 1, 2019 and June 30, 2020, the management report and the auditor's report. Shareholders can request the company to deliver or send all these documents immediately and free of charge. precedents, which may also be consulted at the registered office.

On this agenda there is no reference to a capital increase which should be raised, starting next year, in an extraordinary meeting.
