Luis Suárez: “We assume all competitions with the same responsibility”

The Colombian forward of Pomegranate, Luis Javier Suarez, indicated that they face all the competitions that play this season “with the same intensity and responsibility” and congratulated all their teammates for the “physical waste” made in the three games played in eight days.

Luis Suarez acknowledged that in the rojiblanco dressing room they are “very happy” for the three victories added against him Seville (1-0), the Dutch PSV Eindhoven (1-2) and Getafe (0-1) in a last week that he described as “a very nice challenge”.

“We must congratulate all the teammates for the physical waste we have done this week,” added the Colombian forward in statements sent by the club to the media.

Luis Suárez made it clear that the team is “prepared and mentalized” to give the best of itself “in the two competitions” that it now alternates, LaLiga Santander and the Europa League.

“Our priority is the league but we assume all competitions with the same intensity and responsibility because this club and this fans deserve that it be like that,” he said.

The Colombian forward was “very happy to make his debut as a starter” in this Sunday's game against Getafe and to be able to “do so with victory.”

“We knew that Getafe is a great rival that was going to make it very difficult but we are a team that knows how to adapt to all situations, as we have done this week,” he added.

Regarding the competition he has at the top of the rojiblanco attack with veterans Jorge Molina and Roberto Soldado, he pointed out that the three complement each other “very well” and that they are “compatible”.
