Johnny Depp, from lawyer to lawyer: the renowned lawyer who (yes) has stolen his heart

Johnny Depp was already related a few months ago to one of the lawyers who represented him in his media legal crossroads against Amber Heard. These rumors fell on deaf ears, but now others have surfaced that relate the actor to another of his lawyers.

As it is, the American media Us Weekly ensures that the protagonist of Pirates of the Caribbean salt with Joelle Rich. They say that the two began seeing each other “discreetly” in hotels, although they do not detail the date on which the alleged relationship began. The British lawyer is separated, although not divorced.

Rich was part of Depp’s legal team during his battle with The Sun in the United Kingdom, in 2020. Two years later, in the United States, she went to Virginia to be by her side during her trial against Heard in the United States, but not as a job: “There was no professional obligation for her to be there “, they point out.

A few months ago they related the actor to another of his lawyers, Camilla Vasquez. However, the lawyer herself explained: “I care a lot about my clients and obviously we have become close (…) But when I say ‘we’, I mean the whole team and, of course, that includes Johnny.”

In addition, Vasquez, who did work on the US process, described the insinuations as “sexist”: “It’s unfortunate and disappointing, but at the same time, it comes with the territory. I can’t say I was that surprised,” he added.
