“I saw where Felipe hits Mané, that’s red”

Jürgen Klopp, coach of the Liverpool, affirmed that at first he thought that the entrance of Felipe was yellow, but that, after seeing where it had touched Healthy Mané, it was clear to him that it was a red card.

“For me it was yellow and then I saw how and where he had contacted Mané and that was red. I think the expulsion did not change so much, but it is a different game after it, of course,” Kloppp said at a press conference.

The Liverpool, with the 2-0 victory against the Atlético de Madrid, they qualified for the round of 16 as group winners, with two games still to be played.

“I would not have expected this when I saw which group we played. We have done the work but we already know that there are two games left and we have to do everything we can to win them,” said the German coach.

“It has not been perfect, because the worst thing is that Firmino got injured. That’s not right, “he said in reference to the Brazilian, who was injured after entering the second half.
