The Asian player came to enjoy four rental points in a first round that Marín managed to equalize after the equator (10-10); a 3-0 run offered him his first advantage, which he no longer missed. Subsequently, the Spanish started the second set strong (4-0), but An Se-Young managed to turn it around and force the third.

In it, the Olympic champion in Rio 2016 came commanding the middle (10-8), an income that became insufficient when her opponent signed a 6-0 run that allowed her to take the initiative until the end to crown herself in her third end of the year -they fell in the Malaysian Open and won the Indian Open-.

With this, Marín ends the Asian tour -with this final and two advances to the quarterfinals in Malaysia and India- and will return to Madrid to prepare his next tournaments.
