Benfica announced this Thursday, through its website, that Hugo Félix, brother of the athletic João Félix, has signed a professional contract with the Lisbon club. In this way, the 16-year-old footballer will fulfill his sixth season in the entity.

Hugo Félix was hired for the Benfica Training and Education Center in 2015, the same year that João Félix joined the club of the Eagles. The athletic striker's brother can play as a midfielder or forward and next season will be a sophomore. In the 2019-20 campaign, he played two games in the U-17 national championship, still being U-16, and scored a goal. Also, it was the top scorer of the Juvenil B team, with 13 goals. In total, he has finished the season with 14 goals in 17 games.
