The Venezuelan actress and model Rosanna Zanetti She has become one of the faces of Christmas as she is the godmother of the space that Amazon has opened next to the Madrid Rastro. This space offers a family plan open to the public until January 4, with activities such as two “escape rooms” and a variety of ideas and gifts for these dates. With Rosanna, we not only toast, but she also tells us how she celebrates Christmas with her husband, David Bisbal, and the family they have formed together.
Does Christmas make you feel like a girl?
Sponsoring this event I assure you that it has been a true experience since I had never been in an “escape room” and it will be the first time. It is a great plan to come with family or friends and it is also free. I think it is something different and very attractive.
Is he one of those who enjoys these holidays or is he more of a “grinch”?
I have a lot of Christmas spirit although I admit that before becoming a mother I had a few years of living Christmas in a more relaxed way, but now with the children it is back to enjoying Christmas to the fullest. It is a joy to see how excited they are about the gifts, about the decorations… I assure you that this year, when they find out more, I am living it with special enthusiasm.

What were your childhood Christmases like?
Super happy. I had a very large family, since my mother had seven brothers and each uncle had two or three children and we filled the holidays with just the family. We met at my grandmother’s house and since my mother’s family is Chilean we did a mix of Chilean traditions with Venezuelan ones and we had a great time. Large families bring a lot of joy and mine I assure you does. Unconsciously I have transferred those customs to my life in Spain because now we continue to bring together the cultures of our families, Spanish, Chilean and Venezuelan, and on top of that with the arrival of children there is a lot of joy.
How are you spending these holidays?
My mother and sister, who has given me a nephew, live in Spain. We met with David’s family. Sometimes we go to Almería, where the weather is always great, and other times we stay in Madrid, as was the case this time.

Are you one of those who gets into the stove for these celebrations?
Not especially. What I love is the decoration and taking care of all the details so that everything is well, but I leave the kitchen to my mother or David’s mother who cooks amazingly. There are even some more elaborate Venezuelan dishes that we order ahead of time.
Are they faithful to Santa Claus or the Three Wise Men?
In Venezuela we are more like Santa Claus because it gives the children time to enjoy them more. If they wait for the Kings the next day they almost start school.
What gift can you surprise and get right?
I assure you that I don’t really like surprises because I get nervous. I am happy with simple things, a dedication, a beautiful letter, something with a sentimental background… that is what can move me the most.
What is the best gift that David has given you?
My children. Help me build the family we have. I assure you that it is the most important thing, my family, my children, health. It’s the only thing I ask since everything else is in addition.
What do you ask of the year 2025?
Physical and emotional health for my family is the most important thing and allows you to do everything and more. I like to give thanks for all the beautiful things that have happened and I ask for balance in life. Although I always think about it, it is true that these days awaken my supportive side even more and it worries me to know that not everyone lives with the same circumstances. This year, the misfortune that has been experienced with Dana in Valencia will mean that the holidays will not be as happy as before or, as happens in my country Venezuela, there are many wishes that will not be fulfilled.
Can you travel to Venezuela without problems?
I could, but in the end I experienced certain situations that were not pleasant and since I became a mother I have deprived myself of returning. One of the things I also ask for this year is good news and hope for Venezuela, a change that would allow me to go because I am looking forward to showing my children my country, a beautiful place that I dream of visiting with David and the children, since I have been there for nine years without going and it would mean that very good things would have happened for many people.
Has 2024 been a good year?
Yes, very good year. If the next one is the same I will be very happy. I don’t ask for more.
