Barça's first screening is about to fall: seven players will not continue

The first decisions after the humiliating elimination in the Champions League will be carried out in the coming days. One of the first steps, whether elections are called for now or later, will be to advance the list of casualties, since the market can't wait. The sports department has a list of seven players who will not follow next season. One of them, Arthur Melo, has already closed his transfer to Juventus, after a barter with the Bosnian Miralem Pjanic.

However, among the other six candidates it seems a more complicated solution. The croatian Ivan Rakitic will be the next, with a possible departure to Seville, but without ruling out the Premier or Calcio. A quick solution will be sought for you because you want to close this case soon to open the following ones.

Danish Braithwaite will also leave the club after a discreet step at Barcelona, both for time and performance. The Chilean Arturo Vidal has a good poster , both in the Premier and in Calcio, so he is considered a firm candidate to enter into some barter, while Junior Firpo would also be in the transfer package, in this case Lautaro Martínez could enter the operation with Inter.

More complicated seems the case Samuel Umtiti, a player evicted because of his problems with his left knee. The club is considering reaching an agreement with the player to terminate the contract if no offer arrives and saving in this way is part of the record: he charges 12 million euros gross per year.

Another problematic case is Ousmane Dembélé. His injury history and erratic behavior within the group have been decisive so that the sports management value their departure, as long as an offer comes with face and eyes. It is expected with the money of the French forward to be able to face operations such as the transfer of Manchester City center-back, Eric García, valued at 24 million euros.

Another five proper names are on the table, although they will not enter the first sieve. They are Nelson Semedo, Luis Suárez, Neto, Sergi Roberto and Antoine Griezmann. If interesting offers come, negotiations could be opened, but they are not considered priorities in any case. Especially delicate is the issue of the Uruguayan striker because the club has decided not to extend his contract and could seek a transfer this summer, taking advantage of his pull in the US and Qatar.

Gerard Piqué, Sergio Busquets or Jordi Alba are not even ruled out, although in principle at the club they are not considered as short-term options. Of the three, the left-back is the one who would have the most open doors for an exit, if an interesting offer arrives.

Likewise, three players from the subsidiary will have a first-team record next season: Ansu Fati, Riqui Puig and Roland Araujo. In addition, Pjanic will be incorporated, along with the Portuguese Trincao and the Canarian Pedri. New sap as Piqué claimed after the defeat against Bayern.

In fact, to this day only four players have the non-transferable poster: Ter Stegen, Lenglet, De Jong and Messi.
