CaixaBank has reported that its digital banking service will be available from this Saturday to customers from Bankia, since it has completed the data migration phase of the systems from one entity to another during the day.

Customers can check their balance and carry out operations with CaixaBankNow and Imagin, and Bankia’s digital channels are automatically redirected to those of CaixaBank, the financial institution reported in a statement.

The service for sending and receiving money through ‘Bizum’ and immediate transfers that have as origin or destination Bankia customers have been restored, which has been interrupted for a few hours due to technological integration.

The ATM network and merchant POS have continued to function normally, as planned.

The technological integration work will continue for the next few hours and, through the union, the entire commercial network has started to offer the same catalog of products and services, and to work with the same technological platform.
