Bailly says 'no' to United

Eric Bailly doesn't want to stay at Manchester United at all costs. The Ivorian coast ends contract on June 30, 2020 and according to reports ESPN, The central defender has once again rejected the offer to renew the English team.

Bailly is out of step with coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and has had little chance with the Norwegian coach. The defender considers that accepting an extension would only serve to secure his situation in the red devils. Now United have to decide what to do with Bailly before he is a free agent in the summer of 2022. Faced with this situation, United, which is interested in reinforcing the central position for next season, he would use Baily as a bargaining chip in some operations to cut costs.

Bailly arrived in the Premier in 2016 at the request of Mourinho in exchange for 36 million euros, from Villarreal. In these years he has never been considered an undisputed starter and each time he has been losing importance in the defensive network of those from Manchester.
