Up to 18 Athletic technicians who work in the Lezama factory have launched a ball challenge. From their homes, of course. They have prepared a series of challenges with the ball aimed at the young people who make up the rojiblanco club quarry and also the followers. They participate in it since Joseba Etxeberria until Iñaki Lafuente, going by Iraia or Tzibi.
From the Bilbao entity they point out that “‘ Athletic gu gara ’, through the hashtag #ChallengeLezama, aims to energize dead spaces in domestic confinement and, at the same time, incite the practice of our beloved football”. And they point out with humor that you have to be “careful with household items. Let's keep vases, mirrors and pictures away so as not to displease the family ”.
Through Instagram or Facebook you can follow this initiative by which the different Lezama coaches are parading. Andoni Bombín (responsible for Training Methodology) presents the ‘film’. Ander Lafuente (Alirón 2009) touches the ball while throwing rolls of paper placed on top of Tetra Brick containers. Jon Kareaga (San Mamés 2008) draw a slalon in the hallway and in the kitchen to end up putting it in the trash.
Eneko Anparán (2º de San Mamés 2007) marks several touches with the head, thighs and foot. Iraia Iturregi (Female B) sets up a bowling alley in the living room and makes a strike with bowling pins that are small bottles of water. Alex Torrado (2º de San Mamés 2009) try a few taps with the head.
Gorka Azkorra (2º Alirón 2007) alternates different touches with foot, head and thigh before pocketing the ball in a basket. Iñaki Lafuente (goalkeeping coach) introduces her through a long tunnel made with chairs and marks in a goal under a table. While Aitziber Juaristi (Female C) plays with a ball against the wall. A particular pediment.
Imanol De la Sota (Juvenil DH) shoots the ball down the hall and scores at the end. Jon Solaun (Juvenil Nacional) passes the leather from one foot to the other. Joseba Lertxundi (Alirón 2008) touches and ends up putting the ball under the shirt on the fly.
Amaia Olabarrieta (Girls' Child) turns several times on herself in the garden and then scores a difficult goal. Unai Rodríguez (2nd Alirón 2006) is hitting him with his head while pedaling on the exercise bike. Joseba Nunez (San Mamés 2007) plays 'heads' with a young man.
José Manuel Moreno (2º Juvenil Nacional) also imitates the bowling alley after several touches, in his case, knocking down a tower of rolls of toilet paper. Oskar Alkorta (San Mamés 2006) plays it while sitting. And close the session Joseba Etxeberria, alternating to hit with both feet adding more and more touches.
