A brace from Casemiro helps United in the FA Cup

MADRID, 28 Ene. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Manchester United advanced to the round of 16 of the FA Cup this Saturday with a brace from former Real Madrid player Casemiro in the 3-1 win over Reading, a round that Tottenham also reached, who beat Preston North End (0-3) .

The ‘red devils’ suffered in the first half at Old Trafford against a rival from the Championship, the English second division, but in four minutes just returned from the locker room, Casemiro signed his two goals. Shortly after, Andy Carroll was sent off on the visitors.

The game was on track for a United that made the third following the unfortunate line of its rival through Fred. Those of Ten Hag thus fulfilled their favoritism as Tottenham did shortly before against another rival of the second English.

Antonio Conte’s team had two great goals from Son Heung-min, while the player on loan from Villarreal, Arnaut Danjuma, signed the resounding 0-3 on his debut, although, as at United, the goals were made to wait until the second time.
